October Wedding at The Pearl at Sabine Creek

Kyla and Adam’s wedding at The Pearl at Sabine Creek was just as precious as the story of how they met!

In December of 2018, Kyla “swiped right” on Adam’s profile on a dating app, but didn’t even know it! Kyla told us that she and her friend had downloaded the app and jokingly swiped right on all the guys profile, just for fun. But the next day, Kyla looked at Adam’s profile, thought he was super cute, and decided to message him a simple “hey!”. After their first coffee date where they laughed and talked for an hour, Adam took Kyla on a real date to get sushi and see Christmas lights at the Texas Motor Speedway. Kudos, Adam…that’s a great first date!

And the rest is history!

Kyla and Adam got engaged in June of 2021 and we actually photographed their engagement session! The love that this sweet couple has for one another was so evident all throughout their engagement session, and even more so on their wedding day at The Pearl at Sabine Creek!

It was bright and sunshiny on October 1, 2022, perfect for an outdoor ceremony. Kyla looked like she stepped straight out of a fairytale, and into the wedding of her dreams. She was absolutely glowing and she and Adam shared the sweetest ceremony together. Kylas father actually officiated the ceremony and it was so special!

Adam and Kyla’s had a charming reception and even served their own signature drinks! Then, after plenty of dancing, the James’ finished their day at The Pearl with a last dance and a sparkler sendoff.
