We were so honored to capture this beautiful January wedding at The Springs Valley View. Hannah and Brantley’s wedding was classic, timeless, and a true testament to their love for one another.
The girls began the day by getting ready in the charming bridal suite at The Springs Valley View. And Hannah even did a first look with her dad and it was so sweet to see his reaction to her all dressed and ready to walk down the aisle.
Hannah and Brantley decided not to do a first look, and we’re so happy they did because Brantley’s face at the ceremony was priceless. The way the groom looks when he first sees his bride are some of our favorite moments to capture. We know it can often be such a hard decision to choose whether or not to have a first look, and our best advice is to just do what you are most passionate about. And then you won’t regret it!
It was very important to the Griffins that God would be at the center of everything on this momentous day. This sweet couple had a time of worship in their ceremony, and even chose to take communion together too! They honored the Lord so well on their wedding day and truly gave all the glory to Him.
After a reception full of joy (and lots of dancing!), the newly married Griffins ran through a sparkler tunnel and made their getaway in a vintage car! If we had to pick a favorite photo for this day, it would probably be the last one we took of the night of them leaving in their car. There’s just something so joyful and hopeful as they leave what was the happiest day and head into their future.
We asked Hannah if she had any advice for future brides and she said “planning the ‘best day of your life’ is daunting and stressful. There is a lot of pressure to make everything perfect and to please everyone. Don’t lose sight of the fact that you are marrying the person you love and you get to spend the rest of your life with them! That is the best part!”
Such good advice!
Congrats to the Griffins! Thanks for letting us capture your January wedding at The Springs Valley View!
